I manage a property with more than 350 units; I use Pre-empt at work, & unfortunately, I recently needed them at my home too. I’ve met the owner, as well as two of his employees. What I LOVE about this company (besides the fact that they’re not “too big” for their customers) is that they’re in it for more than just the invoice. These people genuinely care about their reputation & integrity, their success with your situation, their relationship with their clients, and most importantly, their client’s satisfaction. What’s more is that they don’t just “spray & go away”. They ALWAYS explain what needs to be done & why, what kind of prep needs to be done ahead of time, & what follow up (if any) is needed. If you do your part, they most definitely care about doing theirs. Hopefully, I won’t need a pest control company for my personal use again, but I’ll take Pre-empt to any home or business I have… Thank you Pre-empt!
